about Border pallets
Our Story
Felipe and I opened Border Pallets, Inc. in 1990. With very few resources, nothing to lose, and everything to gain we began the journey that has built the business it is today. From the beginning, quality, integrity, and dependability have been our focus. We never compromise on providing the best environment for our customers as well as our employees. Our first location was on Alameda Ave. in El Paso's Lower Valley where loading and unloading were done without docks and all work was in the elements under covered sheds. In 2000 we purchased our current location at 291 S. Darrington Rd. with 38,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing area and 5 docks. The new location made it possible to service more customers while providing a spacious, safe and comfortable workspace for our employees. We are thankful to have a low employee turnover. Many employees have been with our company for over 15 years. I believe that this adds tremendous value to our products because the staff becomes familiar with our customer specs and adheres to them with each order. We thank our parents for raising Felipe and I to work hard, stay positive, persevere and keep our word. Our 3 boys have learned so much from their hands-on experience at Border Pallets and we are blessed to have passed on the life lessons we depended on to accomplish our goals.
